About us
Bonnie Anderson got a bachelors degree from CSU in Forest Management. Bonnie worked for Rocky Mountain National Park on a fuel crew/wildland firefighter. She has also worked for the State Forest Service doing Forestry Inventory Analysis. She then stumbled into the weed world by working for a private applicator. It was at that point Bonnie realized noxious weeds were her calling. She worked for the private applicator for a couple of years and then got a job with Montezuma County, the Director of the Noxious Weed Department. Bonnie developed many amazing projects and programs for the community to battle the noxious weed populations. Over the course of her carreer with the county many species were reduced by 50% across Montezuma County.
Bonnie has been managing weeds since 2011. She collaborates with other private applicators in the area, along with chemical reps to ensure she is informed of the latest chemistrys and what is and is not working for certain species.
